Spanish Conversation Classes
Intermediate-Advanced Fall Spanish Culture Club!
Tuesdays from 6 -7:30pm
Sept 22 - Nov 24 (no meetings Oct 20 or Nov 3)
In this Spanish Conversational experience, we will study one Hispanic or Latino/a artist - writer, musician, filmmaker, poet, sculptor, or even an artistic politician or social organizer - each week, then come together to share what we have learned about the artist, (or a particular work of art), how the country or origin and its culture shape what they do, how we feel about it, what questions come up, and what's next. It's a CULTURE CLUB!
We ask that you be conversational in Spanish.
This experience will be collectively designed, so sign up, then start tossing out ideas to me. I will curate them and make a plan.
As always, each week in our meeting, I will serve as the facilitator of the conversation and will do my best to keep us on track and speaking accurately, with minimal interruptions to the flow of the discussion.
